ExploreCarroll.com reports that the driver of a tractor-trailer was ticketed for negligent driving and failing to stop at a railroad crossing after his truck was smashed by a train in suburban Baltimore Monday morning. The back end of Thomas E. Taylor’s tractor-trailer was crushed as he crossed a track on eastbound Hahn Road in Westminster. No injuries were reported. The driver was also cited for failing to keep his log book current.
