Driving through a construction zone on Highway 380 in Collin County, Texas, a tractor trailer and a large box truck crashed head-on on Monday, March 27. According to MyFoxDFW.com, one person was rushed to a nearby hospital by air ambulance. The driver of the box truck was rescued from the wreckage by emergency crews who had to cut the vehicle to free him. The accident occurred on a stretch of road that is being expanded from a two-lane to a four-lane highway.
