A woman was killed when her car crashed head-on into a tractor trailer on northbound Interstate 71 in Montgomery, OH, on Saturday, April 21. According to Cincinnati.com, the car was traveling south in the northbound lanes when the accident occurred. The driver of the truck and a passenger were both hospitalized with injuries. The impact of the crash tore the trailer from the truck’s cab and sent it rolling over the median wall.
