The American Bar Association’s standing committee on specialization recognized this board certification by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA) in August of 2018.

Michael Leizerman is licensed in Illinois, Michigan, New York, Ohio, and Tennessee. Rena Leizerman is licensed in Ohio and Illinois. Joshua Leizerman is licensed in Ohio, Illinois, Florida, and Minnesota. Andy Young is licensed in Ohio and D.C. DJ Young is licensed in Ohio, Virginia, and Texas. Matthew Wright is licensed in Tennessee and Ohio. Joe Ervin is licensed in Oklahoma.

Illinois – the Supreme Court of Illinois does not recognize certifications of specialties in the practice of law and that the certificate, award, or recognition is not a requirement to practice law in Illinois.

New York – The NBTA is not affiliated with any governmental authority. Certification is not a requirement for the practice of law in the State of New York and does not necessarily indicate greater competence than other attorneys experienced in this field of law.

Ohio – The Supreme Court of Ohio does not recognize the specialty area of truck accident law, and the recognition is not required to practice law in Ohio. Michael Leizerman, Andy Young, Matthew Wright, Rena Leizerman, and Joshua Leizerman are certified as specialists in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy (NBTA).

Tennessee – Matthew Wright and Michael Leizerman are certified as specialists in Truck Accident Law by the NBTA.
