The driver of a tractor trailer was charged with failure to obey a highway sign after his rig loaded with livestock crashed in Suffolk, Va., on Monday, Feb. 27. According to WTKR.com, the tractor trailer was traveling in a “no trucks” zone on Buckhorn Drive when it ran off the right side of the road and rolled onto its side. The driver suffered minor injuries in the accident.
