A tanker truck hauling gasoline crashed into an electric pole in Anderson County, S.C. on the morning of Tuesday, Feb. 7, bringing down electric lines that sparked an enormous fire. The driver of the truck managed to escape his rig with non-fatal injuries, and was later ticketed for driving too fast for conditions, according to WSPA.com. Residents of Shady Grove Road watched as black smoke and flames engulfed the tanker as its 9,000 gallons of gasoline burned.
