The driver of a passenger car reportedly lost control of his vehicle and collided head-on with a tractor trailer on Interstate 75 in East Ridge, Tenn., on Thursday, March 1. According to the Times Free Press, the crash forced the tractor trailer to strike the East Ridge overpass, splitting the truck in two and spilling produce across the expressway. The driver of car was transported to a nearby medical facility with unspecified injuries, the report stated.
