A multi-vehicle accident on Interstate 71 near Cincinnati left five people hospitalized and a semi truck overturned on the expressway on Monday, Feb. 20. According to Local12.com, the semi truck and three other passenger vehicles collided just before the afternoon rush hour, and all four northbound lanes were blocked for about an hour by the flipped semi.
