The driver of a van was hospitalized after his vehicle crashed with a tanker truck on Interstate 64 in Grayson, KY, on Friday, March 2. According to WSAZ.com, both vehicles attempted to merge into the left lane of I-64 simultaneously when the tanker truck struck the van from behind. The van was forced into the guardrail, and the tanker spilled diesel fuel onto the eastbound lanes of the highway. According to the report, the driver of the van was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries; the driver of the tanker was not injured.
