The driver of a tractor trailer that crashed into one vehicle before rolling over and landing on another in Dallas on Thursday, Feb. 23, will be cited for failure to control speed. According to CBS DFW, the tractor trailer was on the ramp that connects Interstate 635 and the Dallas Tollway when it crashed into an SUV, pushing it through a concrete barrier. The semi then rolled over and landed on another vehicle. The driver of that vehicle was taken to an area hospital in serious condition; the driver of the SUV was also hospitalized with unknown injuries. The driver of the semi was not injured.
