A two-vehicle accident involving a tractor-trailer and an SUV in Maryland left one person dead in the early morning hours of Thursday, Feb. 16. The SUV carrying four people collided with the tractor-trailer in Gambrills, Maryland, according to Patch.com. One of the passengers of the SUV suffered non-life-threatening injuries, and two others escaped the vehicle and left the scene. Neither of the people riding in the tractor-trailer was injured.
