A tractor trailer slammed a passenger vehicle into a median wall on Interstate 270 as part of a four-vehicle crash that left three people injured in Kirkwood, Missouri, on Tuesday, April 18. According to StLToday.com, two people in the car had to be rescued from the vehicle by emergency personnel, and another person riding in a different vehicle was also injured. Kirkwood police continue to investigate the cause of the accident.
