According to the OC Register, the California Highway Patrol said a tractor trailer may have been involved in a multi-vehicle collision on Highway 91 in Anaheim on Tuesday, March 6, before leaving the scene. The Register reports that a passenger vehicle crashed into another vehicle before hitting a wall. The accident left one person with injuries that required medical attention. The CHP did say it’s possible the driver of the tractor trailer may have been involved in the crash without realizing it.
