A tractor trailer struck a small car and crushed it against a guard rail on Interstate 95 near Titusville, Flor., on Thursday, April 12. According to WESH.com, the driver of the tractor trailer may have been distracted by the objects in his sun visor when he plowed into a small car, sending one victim to a nearby medical facility with serious injuries and two others to a hospital with minor injuries.
