The Arizona Department of Public Safety stated that a westbound semi-truck traveling on Interstate 10 went into the eastbound lanes and overturned at 1:30am. A car with 5 occupants then hit the overturned semi-truck, injuring 4 and killing 1. The accident happened at mile post 88 near Salome and 411th Avenue. The Arizona DPS said driver fatigue might have been a factor in the crash.

PhillyBurbs.com reports a tractor-trailer accident that occurred on Tuesday, June 28 in Mansfield, New Jersey around 4:15pm. A tractor-trailer traveling on the New Jersey Turnpike rear-ended an RV with a car in tow near mile marker 47. The initial impact caused the RV to strike another recreational vehicle, leading to a fire. Firefighters and emergency responders were called to the scene to assist with the fire and injuries.
Chapel Hill News reports 3 fatalities involving a tractor-trailer on Thursday, June 30 in Durham, North Carolina. According to state troopers, the driver of a tractor-trailer on Interstate 40 was under the influence of methadone and marijuana when he struck a Ford pickup, a Chevy Equinox, a box truck and one additional vehicle. Three people were killed and one was injured. The accident occurred near the US 15-501 overpass.
