In this case, a garbage truck owned by the city of Buckhannon, West Virginia, was backing up at 11:15am during its daily run when it hit a 40-year-old man. Police said a person was pulled from the SUV and someone was airlifted to a hospital in Indianapolis, but they declined further comment. The tanker truck driver later tested positive for cocaine.
