A box truck reportedly rear-ended a tractor-trailer on Interstate 85 in North Carolina on the morning of Monday, Feb. 6, killing at least one person, according to wcnc.com. The accident, which forced southbound lane closures for much of the morning, happened near a truck weigh station, according to the report. The cause of the accident is still under investigation. The North Carolina Highway Patrol was urging motorists to avoid the scene by using Interstate 485.
