On May 6, The Law Firm for Truck Safety Attorney, Andy Young, gave a lecture to fellow Ohio plaintiff attorneys on how going above and beyond during the case review analysis can yield big payoffs in your trial strategy.
Speaking as part of the Ohio Association for Justice’s Annual Seminar, his presentation entitled, “Driving the Extra Mile with Case Review Analysis and Trial Strategy”, focused on techniques all plaintiff attorneys can build into their case review analysis. Going the extra mile helps not only enhance your trial strategy when it is time to take a case in front of a jury, but it helps enhance your client’s experience with you as an attorney.
Pretrial preparation and planning go a long way in the courtroom and can help personal injury attorney’s clients maximize the number of damages they are able to recover for their injuries, something Andy can speak to from his own truck crash litigation experience.
