A tractor trailer and a passenger car were involved in a two-vehicle accident in Gaston County, N.C., on the afternoon of Monday, Feb.20, sending all three people in the passenger vehicle to the hospital with injuries. According to the Gaston Gazette, southbound N.C. 16 was closed as a result of the accident, which occurred where the highway intersects with Lucia Riverbend Highway.
