- Provided expert testimony before the U.S. House of Representatives” Subcommittee on Highways and Transit hearing as a “Truck Safety Advocate."
- First and only trucking attorney appointed by the U.S. Secretary of Transportation to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration’s Motor Carrier Safety Advisory Committee (MCSAC).
- A national speaker, presenter, host, and moderator, as well as a published author and trainer for attorneys on truck law and trial strategies.

He frequently consults with attorneys nationwide on truck law and trial tactics and serves as a guest faculty member at the Great Lakes Truck Driving School, teaching CDL candidates the essentials of safe driving practices.
