Cleveland, OH, January 28, 2024 – The John C. Haney Memorial Foundation received a $5,000 donation on behalf of Andy Young, Managing Partner with The Law Firm for Truck Safety, LLP.
The JCH Foundation is a 501(C)3 nonprofit foundation in loving memory of John C. Haney. The JCH Foundation’s mission is to end the stigma, raise mental health awareness, and support students and educators by creating safe spaces in Northeast Ohio schools and spreading John’s story.
Since its inception in 2018, Rick and Beth Haney began the John Charles Haney (JCH) Memorial Foundation, which aims to help people across Northeast Ohio with mental health stigma. “We use the donations to create ‘John’s Safe Place’ rooms in local schools, provide seminars about mental health awareness for educators, and award scholarships to deserving individual students who emulate John and the lives of the many he touched,” says Rick and Beth Haney, Co-Founders of The JCH Foundation. “Bringing awareness to mental health issues is the utmost priority for our organization as we continue to serve the Northeast Ohio community.”
