A minivan was rear-ended by a car and sent into the path of an oncoming tractor trailer on Route 60 in Charlotte, N.Y., on Sunday, Feb. 26. According to the Observer, one passenger in the van was ejected from the vehicle and seriously injured. Three people involved in the accident, including the driver of the car, were treated for injuries. The driver of the semi was not injured in the accident.
