A tractor trailer traveling at unsafe speeds is being blamed as the cause of a multiple-vehicle crash on Highway 99 in Bakersfield, Calif., on Sunday, March 25. According to TurnTo23.com, the tractor trailer collided with a passenger vehicle and then a concrete barrier before leaking fuel onto the highway. California Highway Patrol reports that high speeds as well as wet road conditions contributed to the accident. No serious injuries were reported as a result of the crash.
