As the newest member of the firm’s growing team, Sean brings more than 15 years of extensive trial experience and a proven track record of advocacy to complement the firm’s longstanding leadership in truck crash litigation. He will play a key role in strengthening the firm’s presence in Ohio and enhancing its ability to serve individuals and families seeking justice after catastrophic truck crashes.
Prior to joining the firm, he served as Partner at Cooper Elliott, where he focused on plaintiff-side matters involving personal injury, medical malpractice and legal malpractice claims. His background in handling challenging, high-value cases has equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate complex investigations, develop effective legal strategies, and advocate on behalf of those impacted by catastrophic truck crashes.
Sean is widely recognized for his professional excellence and dedication to the legal community. Sean earned his J.D. from Capital University, magna cum laude, and his B.A. from The Ohio State University. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
