One man was seriously injured when a tractor trailer smashed into another on Interstate 87 in New Windsor, N.Y., on Monday, April 9. According to the Times Herald-Record, one truck was driving north on I-87 when it plowed into a truck that sat disabled on the shoulder of the road. The driver of the disabled vehicle was taken to a nearby medical facility with non-life-threatening injuries. The driver of the other truck was also hospitalized with unknown injuries.
