One woman was killed and two others were injured when a tractor trailer drove through a stop sign and struck a passenger vehicle in Bakersfield, Cal, on Thursday, March 8, according to TehachapiNews.com. According to the report, the tractor trailer was exiting Edison Highway and failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection with Comanche Drive. The rig smashed into a passenger vehicle, killing the driver of that car, and both vehicles careened into another vehicle, injuring two women in that car. The driver of the tractor trailer was not injured in the accident.
