A woman on her cell phone, reporting a single-vehicle crash in which she was involved, was hit and killed by a tractor trailer on Interstate 95 in Brunswick, GA, on Tuesday, April 3. According to Jacksonville.com, the woman was standing in a traffic lane on I-95 just after 3 a.m. near her car, which had no working lights after it struck a guardrail and careened back onto the roadway, when she was hit by the northbound tractor trailer.
