Nevada Justice Association – Annual Symposium
The Nevada Justice Association hosted their annual symposium this year in New Mexico. It had a hot pepper theme to handling personal injury and wrongful death cases. Michael Leizerman spoke on the following two topics:
The “zesty” essentials of trucking standards and basics.
Michael gave attendees an overall look at the standards of care and how to access information required to properly handle truck crash cases and to maximize results. He went into specifics about the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, the Commercial Drivers’ License manual, industry safety materials and more.
How to take the “temperature” of the case and yourself.

There is often a lot to be angry about when a person is killed or maimed in a truck crash. Michael gave an ethics talk to teach lawyers how to control anger instead of having it control them in both the courtroom and their cases.
