While driving down Highway 2, a tractor-trailer had a broken U-Joint, which caused it to lose power and pull to the edge of the road. Even though the eighteen-wheeler had pulled over, four feet of the tractor-trailer’s truck remained on the road. This failure to pull over properly caused an unavoidable rear-end collision that instantly killed the driver of the automobile.
