On US Route 33 in Auglaize County, Ohio, a dump truck driver was killed after another tractor-trailer pulled out in front of him exiting the I-75 offramp. Our client, the dump truck driver, was unable to stop and hit the side of the semi-trailer. The dump truck driver died as a result of the injuries he received in the crash.
