Side Underride Crash | Wrongful Death

While traveling down Ohio State Route 7 in Belmont County, Ohio, a truck driver hauling a flatbed trailer became lost and attempted an illegal U-turn at night. Our client, who was traveling down SR-7, could not see the flatbed performing this illegal act, and collided with the side flatbed trailer, which was blocking all lanes of traffic at the time of the impact.
