While driving northbound down Interstate 75 a McClay USA Transportation tractor-trailer driver crossed the median and crashed head-on into a Ford Fusion, killing three generations of a family.

The tractor-trailer driver claimed a sudden medical emergency. The Law Firm for Truck Safety presented evidence that the truck driver was playing a video game on his phone at the time of the fatal collision.
