The Law Firm for Truck Safety is co-counsel for Alan Montgomery in Montgomery v. Caribe Transport II, LLC. The Supreme Court granted our petition for review. This case presents the Court with an opportunity to clarify that the FAAAA’s preemption provisions don’t shield freight brokers from accountability when their negligent hiring practices put unsafe carriers on the road, causing preventable tragedies.
