Two people were killed on the Dan Ryan Expressway in Chicago on Friday, Feb. 24, after a semi tractor trailer jack-knifed and set off a chain of accidents in its wake. According to the Morris Daily Herald, the accident began when a tractor trailer jack-knifed and was hit by a tour bus. Another semi, two cars, and a van then barreled into the wreckage, killing both passengers in the van. Four other people were injured in the crash.
