Joshua has been advocating for the rights of truck crash victims for over a decade. He was the founding Vice-Chairperson and a former Chairperson of the Ohio Association for Justice’s Trucking Safety Section and was one of the earliest attorneys to become NBTA board certified in truck accident law.
Joshua belongs to both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million-Dollar Advocates Forum. He has been selected by Super Lawyers every year since 2015 and is also a member of the National Trial Lawyers Trucking Lawyers Top 10 and National Trial Lawyers Top 100 groups.
