A high school teacher was killed when he rear-ended a tractor trailer and seconds later was hit by a pickup truck on Highway 164 in Groesbeck, TX, on Wednesday, March 14. According to KWTX.com, the man pulled to the shoulder of the road to let another vehicle pass when he rear-ended the tractor trailer, which was slowing to pull into a factory's driveway. The man caromed off the tractor trailer, overturned, and slid back into traffic, where his vehicle was struck by an oncoming pickup truck. The man was pronounced dead at the scene; neither of the other drivers involved was injured.
