A man working on a loading dock in Lexington, KY, suffered serious injuries when he was pinned between a tractor trailer and a loading dock wall on Monday, April 9. According to Lex18.com, the truck was backing into a loading dock at a packing supply distribution facility when the man stepped behind the vehicle. The man was taken to a nearby hospital where he is unconscious and being treated for numerous injuries, including skull fractures. The Lexington Reconstruction Unit is investigating the accident to determine that all safety devices on the truck were working properly.
