A man clearing a tractor trailer wreck on Virginia 130 near Snowden, Virginia, was killed when he was struck by another passing tractor trailer on Monday, Feb. 27. According to NewsAdvance.com, the owner of a local garage was helping clear an overturned tractor trailer from the westbound lanes when he was hit by a tractor trailer passing the scene. According to the report, charges are pending against the driver of the second truck, who was not injured in the accident.
