A woman was killed and two young boys were critically injured when a UPS tractor trailer plowed into them on Route 119 in Fayette County, PA, on Wednesday, March 21. According to WPXI.com, the woman's vehicle apparently broke down prior to the accident, and she was outside the vehicle at the time of the crash. A 1-year-old boy and a 2-year-old boy were in the vehicle when the crash occurred, and both were rushed to area medical facilities with injuries described as "critical."
