A tractor trailer plowed into an SUV on Route 18 in Old Bridge, N.J., leaving one man dead and two other people seriously injured on Wednesday, April 25. According to NJ.com, the tractor trailer was traveling north on Route 18 when it went through a red light at Ferry Road and struck the SUV broadside. The 58-year-old driver of the SUV was killed in the crash, and his wife, 53, and daughter were both ejected from the vehicle by the impact of the crash. All three were taken to a nearby hospital, where the man was pronounced dead and his wife was admitted to the surgical intensive unit.
