Virginia State Police charged the driver of a tractor trailer with reckless driving after his rig veered off of Interstate 85 and into a bridge overpass in Petersburg, VA, on Wednesday, April 18. According to WTVR.com, the truck was traveling south on I-85 when it ran off the left side of the road and struck a guardrail and the overpass.
