The driver of a tractor trailer was cited for failure to control his vehicle after it overturned on Route 416 SE south of Tuscarawas, OH, on Tuesday, March 13. According to the Times Reporter, the truck rolled over an embankment next to the highway and dumped thousands of dollars' worth of soybeans after the driver lost control. The driver told police that he initially lost control when he swerved to avoid a pedestrian, then over-corrected to avoid an oncoming vehicle.
