A woman was killed when her vehicle collided with a tractor trailer on IH-30 in Titus County, LA, on Friday, April 20. According to KTBS.com, both vehicles were traveling west when the woman's car struck the rear of the tractor trailer. The woman was pronounced dead at the scene.

The survey shows that trucks in 64% of fatal accidents were pulling one trailer. The survey also found that 32% of trucks involved in fatal truck accidents were single-unit trucks, and fewer than 4% were multi-trailer trucks.
