The Sidney T. Marable Arizona Association for Justice Annual Conference – 2022 Presented By Garrison Financial will feature a fantastic lineup of speakers including Kenneth Berger, Michael Jay Leizerman, Marion Munley, Luke Metzler, Steven Davis, Alejandro Blanco, Jamal Aslaffar, John Romano and Joseph Fried.

AzAJ’s Advanced Trial Advocacy Conference was the brainchild of the late Sidney T. Marable, a spirited and talented lawyer, who had risen to the office of President of the Arizona Trial Lawyers Association by 2004. After ascending to the presidency, Sid called upon Steven A. Cohen and David Wenner and shared his vision of holding an Arizona based advocacy conference on an annual basis, that would highlight many of Arizona’s talented and nationally recognized trial lawyers who would be called upon to share their wisdom with ATLA’s membership. Given David’s national prominence, he was tasked with contacting nationally known speakers, and Steve was tasked with drafting some of our local “stars” as well as arranging for the logistics of a conference. The first ATAC was born and launched in May of 2004 at The Prescott Resort. Thanks to a wonderful slate of speakers, including David Bossart, Ray Norris, Ted Schmidt, Elliot Wolfe, Richard Plattner, John Osborne, the late Mike Valder, Scott Boehm, the late Jim Leonard and JoJene Mills, the first conference was a great success, and continues to provide our membership with a wealth of information and exposure to many nationally respected and successful trial lawyers.
