A third-generation Tennessee lawyer, Matthew Wright is the Managing Partner of The Law Firm for Truck Safety’s Nashville office.
Matthew has served as an Officer and on the Executive Board of the American Association for Justice Interstate Trucking Litigation Group and is the Treasurer. Mr. Wright also serves on the Board of Regents of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys and is board-certified in truck accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

In addition to being a partner at the Law Firm for Truck Safety, Michael Leizerman is the co-founder of the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys (ATAA).
Michael and his wife and law partner, Rena Leizerman, authored the 4,000 page West/AAJ treatise, Litigating Truck Accident Cases. He was the First Chair of AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group.
Michael is a Class A commercial driver’s license holder and is board-certified in truck accident law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.

Andy is Board Certified in Truck Accident Law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is the founding Chair of the Ohio Association for Justice’s Truck Safety Section. He is an elected officer of both the American Association for Justice’s Trucking Litigation Group and the Academy of Truck Accident Attorneys. Andy is a past President and a past “Member of the Year” award recipient of the Lorain County Bar Association.
He is AV-rated by MartindaleHubbell and is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). Andy consults with attorneys throughout the nation on truck law and trial strategy.

About the College
The American Association for Justice, co-presenting with AAJ’s Trucking Litigation Group, announces the return of its Trial Advocacy College: Litigating Truck Collision Cases, with a comprehensive look at the trucking industry and practical aspects of handling a case from client intake through depositions and trial. This college includes three, interactive workshops where you can work on an active case while receiving practical, hands-on instruction from faculty. Panel discussions, lectures, one-on-one consultations, and demonstrations round out a program designed to immerse you in learning the trial skills needed to successfully handle trucking cases.
