Five commercial vehicles were involved in a fatal crash in Powhatan, Va., on Monday, March 26, that left three people dead. According to TheRepublic.com, a dump truck crossed the center line of U.S. 60 in Powhatan County and collided head-on with an oncoming logging truck, setting off a chain of accidents that included three other commercial vehicles. The dump truck driver, logging truck driver and a passenger all died at the scene, and another driver was hospitalized with serious injuries. Two others suffered minor injuries.
