Police are investigating a crash on Illinois Route 3 in Alexander County, MO, that left a highway flagger in critical condition. According to KMOV.com, a tractor trailer struck the highway worker on Friday, March 30 about a mile south of Route 146. The worker was rushed to a nearby medical facility with critical injuries.
