A truck driver was cited for failure to yield after an SUV struck the side of his tractor trailer at an intersection in Green Creek Township, Ohio, on Wednesday, Feb. 29. According to the News-Messenger, the driver of the tractor trailer was traveling east on U.S. 20 and he failed to yield at a stop sign at the intersection with Sandusky County Road 198. The SUV knifed under the side of the tractor trailer, pinning its driver inside until rescue workers could free him. The man was treated for minor injuries, according to the report. The truck driver was uninjured in the accident.
