A 67-year-old man was killed when a tractor trailer plowed into his motor home at a rest stop off Interstate 70 in Salina, Kan., on Thursday, April 26. According to KSN.com, the tractor trailer exited the freeway at the Solomon rest area and smashed into the motor home while the man and his wife were asleep inside. The motor home burst into flames after the crash. The man died at the scene, and the woman was taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
