The driver of a semi tractor was killed when his rig collided head-on with another semi on U.S. 281 near St. John, Kan., on Friday, March 16. According to the Great Bend Tribune, a southbound semi crossed the center line of U.S. 281 and smashed into a northbound truck. The driver of the southbound vehicle was killed when his vehicle rolled over after the collision. The other driver was taken to a nearby medical facility and treated for injuries.
